Larry Gatti, M.Ac. L.Ac.

Larry Gatti, M.Ac. L.Ac.

Larry has been in full-time practice at TCA since 2008, graduating from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City in 2007. His practice utilizes both Classical Chinese methods, along with modern trigger point dry needling, which he has trained in extensively. He includes and integrates knowledge of the science behind modern Western biology for persisting pain, stress, addiction and trauma into Chinese medical thought, empowering patients to understand and frame their dis-ease in a way that encourages active treatment strategies for health, wellness and recovery.

He has ongoing training with the Neuro-Orthopedic Institute, developers of the Explain Pain system. He also is trained and certified through Integrative Health Networks and Alaine Duncan in the Tao of Trauma, a system of trauma care and recovery stemming from the work of Dr. Peter Levine and Somatic Experiencing®. Blending these skills and communicating how patients can best benefit from a combination of acupuncture, movement, breathing, education, mindfulness practices, somatics and self-care makes him a reliable aid on the path to well-being.

Larry also maintains a private practice in trauma healing and integration. Details can be found here.

Larry’s background includes movement and music, dance and theatre, embodiment and somatics. He has a special affection for the I Ching, Debussy, Bach, cats, long runs, and the quiet just before dawn.

Greg Kay

Greg Kay, M.Ac., L.Ac.

As a native of Tucson, Greg spent his childhood getting needled by the sharp thorns of our Sonoran cacti. That memory was no doubt instrumental in convincing him to quit the desert and set out on an adventure that would span the globe and include 12 years in the Far East. It was there that he experienced the healing nature of well-placed needles and realized that healthcare was more than just pharmaceuticals and surgery. Greg eventually made his way back to the southwest. In 2017, he graduated with an Acupuncture degree from Han University.
